FLEX-O is a "MISSION-BASED COMPANY".
At the beginning of 2024, Christophe Courtin decided to transform FLEX-O into a "Mission Company".

Aware of the importance of a company's ethics, its involvement in public life and its good reputation, as well as the well-being of its employees and its remuneration policy, this transformation makes it possible to reconcile the interests of associates with the pursuit of broader public interest objectives.
During the annual seminar, all FLEX-O employees took part in a collaborative workshop aimed at proposing to the Executive Committee various suggestions for a "raison d'être" to be adopted. This also included the corresponding social, environmental and statutory objectives, and the means to achieve them.
It was decided that Flex-O's raison d'être would be :
“In our regions, we design and market flexible workspaces and related services that are environmentally responsible, to meet the changing needs of the workplace. Driven by an entrepreneurial culture and a commitment to innovation that puts people first, we help promote a positive view of the value of work.”
To fulfill this mission, the company has set the following goal:
- To respond to changing work patterns in our regions by offering solutions that combine innovation with environmental and/or social responsibility.
- To be a committed player that promotes and shares a positive vision of work as a source of connection and personal fulfillment.
In 2023, FLEX-O is positioned above its benchmark in terms of ESG performance, as certified by ETHIFINANCE, a European rating group that conducts an annual audit (since 2021).
