Flex-O has just opened a new site in Paris. By September, there will be 3 in the capital.

Flex-O's second location in Paris is a 6,700m² space at 69, boulevard Haussmann. A large-scale flagship for a brand that is outperforming where the giants of the sector are faltering.

As revealed by Business Immo on September 9, Flex-O has taken a lease on 69 Haussmann, owned by LaSalle IM's Encore+ fund, in the heart of Paris's 8ᵉ arrondissement.

Just a few weeks after opening its second location in Rennes, Flex-O, a subsidiary of the Courtin Group, has opened its first site in the Greater Nancy area. The site, comprising over 2,000 m² of office and coworking space, is located at 17 rue Saint-Jean.

As announced on February 26, Flex-o, a subsidiary of Groupe Courtin, has officially set up shop at 18-20 boulevard de Beaumont, in Rennes, at the heart of the Beaumont real estate project, delivered by Legendre and designed by architects Kempe Thill and Atelier 56S.
